Climb Any Mountain

The new SPB155 pays tribute to Seiko's classical Alpinist watch, which was purpose-built in 1959 for Japan's most elite mountaineers. This new modern interpretation retains the signature cathedral hands and Arabic numeral markers of its classically mid-century predecessor, albeit with a fully modern Seiko calibre, an upgraded box sapphire crystal, and an increase of the water resistance to a hearty 200 meters. Its case size has also been subtly refined to fit contemporary tastes while evoking a vintage feel through its warm gradated green dial.

Inside beats Seiko's own 6R35 automatic movement beats which maintains a healthy power reserve of approximately 70 hours, and can be wound manually or automatically. Crafted of stainless steel, with screwdown crown, see-through caseback, and secure tri-fold push button release clasp.
