Return Policy

Our policy lasts two weeks from the date of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all stickers, hangtags, etc. intact.

To complete your return, we require an original Topper Jewelers receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to Topper Jewelers prior to receiving a return authorization. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. This usually takes 4 - 6 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again and contact your credit card company. Delivery speed can vary from bank to bank. Once processed, it can sometimes still take time before your refund is available for use again. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@topperjewelers.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@topperjewelers.com to receive authorization prior to sending your item. Once authorized, send your item to: 1315 Burlingame Ave., Burlingame, CA, 94010, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

Once authorized, you may return your order to: 1315 Burlingame Ave., Burlingame, CA, 94010, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
