This bold new Accutron Spaceview Evolution is powered by Accutron’s own proprietary electrostatic movement, an industry-first powered by electrostatic energy, representing a bold leap forward for the groundbreaking original Spaceview 2020.

Unique to Accutron, this Spaceview is powered by electrostatic energy, created by twin turbines that rotate as a result of human motion at incredible speeds between two electrodes affixed to the movement. The energy, stored in an accumulator, powers two motors; a world’s first electrostatic motor fueling the fluid second hand and a step motor powering the hour and minute hands. Both motors are synchronized through integrated circuits to provide accuracy to +/- 5 seconds a month. Retaining its iconic case design, the Spaceview Evolution reimagines the movement with a 30-degree rotation, creating a striking new aesthetic. The turbines are now tilted, while the crown is repositioned at two o’clock for a distinctive edge. Refined bridgework with fine knurled finishing, accented by contrasting blue and black screws, adds modern sophistication. 

This timepiece showcases a smoke grey and silver-tone open-work dial, framed by metal dial rings with luminous light-green markers. Metallic hour and minute hands with luminous centers, paired with a silver-tone second hand complete the display and is finished on a genuine American alligator strap.
