This bold new Accutron Spaceview Evolution is powered by Accutron’s own proprietary electrostatic movement, an industry-first powered by electrostatic energy, representing a bold leap forward for the groundbreaking original Spaceview 2020.

Unique to Accutron, this Spaceview is powered by electrostatic energy, created by twin turbines that rotate as a result of human motion at incredible speeds between two electrodes affixed to the movement. The energy, stored in an accumulator, powers two motors; a world’s first electrostatic motor fueling the fluid second hand and a step motor powering the hour and minute hands. Both motors are synchronized through integrated circuits to provide accuracy to +/- 5 seconds a month. Retaining its iconic case design, the Spaceview Evolution reimagines the movement with a 30-degree rotation, creating a striking new aesthetic. The turbines are now tilted, while the crown is repositioned at two o’clock for a distinctive edge. Refined bridgework with fine knurled finishing, accented by contrasting blue and black screws, adds modern sophistication. 

Characterized by an enigmatic swirl of color, the visual impact this reference comes from its green forged carbon fiber dial. The remaining apertures allow the wearer to admire the forged carbon’s evocative pattern as it sits in juxtaposition to the iconic spinning turbines and their silver-tone bridges and blue screws, while luminous hands and hour markers offer ideal legibility.
