An asymmetric icon of Glashütte

This mechanical watch is presented in a 40-mm stainless steel case with eye-catching, unmistakable asymmetric dial visuals. The dial is made in-house, inspired by the fir trees surrounding our manufactory. The different shades are developed in a number of steps: the dial is first coated with galvanic nickel, then the edges are carefully sprayed with black lacquer in order to produce the special dégradé effect. A full-surface coating of transparent green lacquer completes the process. This delicate hand-crafting results in a special colour gradient that renders each dial unique.

The moon disc for the silver-coloured moon phase display is also crafted in-house. As a first step, a milling machine is used to carefully cut out two moons, which gives them their wonderful convex shape. The surface is then polished with a diamond milling tool, giving them an unparalleled sheen. The silver of the star-studded night sky, on the other hand, is the result of an elaborate galvanic process.

The back of this elegant timepiece impresses with aesthetic perfection while offering fascinating views of the manufactory movement Calibre 90-02. The sapphire crystal case back reveals characteristic features and traditional decorative finishes, which are easy to recognize: the Glashütte three-quarter plate, a skeletonised rotor with elegant Glashütte stripe finish, blued screws, polished steel components, and our signature duplex swan-neck fine adjustment.
