The Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda PF Minute Rattrapante is not a variation on a familiar theme, it is a horological invention, and a new way of inhabiting time.
Created in line with the Maison's purist vision, this watch expresses a belief: progress is not about multiplying complexity, but about offering a more human gesture. Two superimposed minute hands remain perfectly invisible until called upon. With one press of the two pushers, one minute – or five – can be added. Not to measure performance, but to give time: to prolong a moment, slow the cadence, or reclaim one's rhythm. No other watch offers such an intuitive, discrete, and personal relationship to time.
This ability to add time on demand is shaped by three subtle controls: +1 minute at the 10:00 pusher, +5 minutes at the 8:00 pusher, and an instant reset of all hands via the crown. This construction transforms a sophisticated mechanism into a simple, intuitive gesture. A discrete function that appears only when summoned, allowing its wearer to extend a moment with effortless clarity.
