Your Topper Pre-Owned Select Watch is guaranteed by Topper Fine Jewelers. As such, it is warranted against mechanical failure for 12 months from the date of sale. Damage resulting from service provided anywhere other than at Topper Fine Jewelers is not covered and shall void the warranty. Topper Fine Jewelers will have sole discretion to determine if the work for the warranty it provides will be performed "in house" by Topper Fine Jewelers, or if the work will be performed at the facilities of the maker of the watch by their authorized representatives. The limited warranty does not cover bracelets, crystals, batteries, or any damage to the case or movement caused by moisture that might have entered the watch as a result of improper handling, nor does it apply, on a more general basis, if there is evidence of misuse or abuse. Only Topper Fine Jewelers will determine, at its sole discretion, to repair any watch under this warranty.
Limited to 1,000 pieces, this pre-owned watch is in 75% condition due to marks on the lugs, bezel, and throughout the case. The bracelet is in 77% condition due to marks on the links and clasp. Also included is an OEM strap in 84% condition due to wear and marks on the clasp. Originally purchased in May 2010, this watch comes with its inner and outer box, instruction manual, warranty card, limited edition certificate, and the one-year Topper Pre-Owned Select warranty. The original Ball inner box is in fair condition due to peeling.
