TOPPER EXTENDED GUARANTEE
Extended Warranty
Toppers is excited to offer a free extended warranty on the purchase of new watches. This warranty begins when the manufacturer's warranty runs out. As such, Topper Fine Jewelers will provide an additional non-transferable warranty for a period of one year.*
*Restrictions Apply. Service provided anywhere other than at Topper Fine Jewelers or a service center of the original manufacturer is not covered and shall void the warranty. Topper Fine Jewelers will have sole discretion to determine whether the work for the warranty will be performed "in house" by Topper Fine Jewelers or at a repair facility of our choice. The limited warranty does not cover bracelets, crystals, batteries, or any damage to the case or movement caused by moisture that might have entered the watch as a result of improper handling, nor does it apply, on a more general basis, if there is evidence of misuse or abuse. Only Topper Fine Jewelers will determine at its sole discretion to repair any watch under this warranty.
A modern tribute to Seiko's roots in polar exploration
Seiko’s reputation for reliable and durable diver’s watches was forged in the 1960’s and 1970’s when they were chosen by adventurers and researchers on expeditions to the north and south poles. This new Seiko Prospex 'Save the Ocean' Diver draws design inspiration from this period on the glaciers that these pioneers saw which shape the landscapes and seascapes of the Arctic and Antarctic. Its dial is inspired by a different shade of glacial ice, ranging from deep blue, to teal, to stark white.
Inspired by the intricacies of glacial formation, this Special Edition re-interprets Seiko's landmark 1968 diver's watch with updated technology and sleeker lines for versatile wear, evoking the ice of Antarctica, where Seiko diver's watches became essential equipment for the Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition (JARE). Today, it advances that unique history in support of the Seiko "Save the Ocean" campaign, dedicated to marine conservation. A patterned light blue dial, framed by a deeper blue bezel ring, features a date calendar and large LumiBrite markers and hands for enhanced legibility. The 24-jewel automatic movement beats at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours, and provides manual winding capability. Crafted of stainless steel with super-hard coating, this superbly functional timepiece includes an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, screwdown crown and caseback, and tri-fold push button release clasp with secure lock and extender, and follows ISO standards for scuba diving to depths of up to 200 meters.
