A colorful US-exclusive dive watch inspired by sea turtle conservation

Celebrating Seiko Prospex's ongoing efforts to promote ocean exploration and conservation comes a new US-exclusive dive watch. Characterized by an intricately patterned dial inspired by the contours and textures of sea turtle shells, this reference is framed by a ceramic rotating bezel and finished with unique details like a bilingual calendar aperture in both English and Japanese Kanji. Each caseback is engraved with the classic Seiko Prospex 'Great Wave' but also includes a tribute to the watch's long-running "turtle" nickname.

In addition to an official partnership with PADI, the world’s leading scuba diver training operation, and sponsorship of PADI Project Aware and the Scuba Diving magazine Sea Hero Awards, Seiko has announced its official sponsorship of Oceanic Society, America’s first ocean conservation non-profit, and its global work to study and protect endangered sea turtles.
