High-speed, precision global timekeeping

Extending the legacy of the Seiko Astron—the world’s first commercially available quartz watch—this 2025 Limited Edition is designed for a new generation of leaders, combining advanced technology with contemporary style. Limited to 1,200 individually numbered pieces, it is powered by Seiko’s 5X83 GPS Solar caliber, which provides high-speed GPS dual-time functionality and rapid time-zone adjustment across 39 time zones. Its chronograph measures elapsed time in 1/20-second increments, while additional functions include an AM/PM indicator, daylight-saving-time adjustment, power-save function, a perpetual calendar accurate through 2100, and a time-transfer function that switches the main-time and dual-time displays at the press of a button. Powered by light, the watch does not require routine battery replacement.

The watch features a lightweight titanium bezel with a black ceramic insert and vivid orange accents, topped by dual-curved sapphire crystal with super-clear coating. Its silver dial has a distinctive textured pattern and a high-contrast layout for improved legibility, with four vertically arranged subdials reinforcing its sporty character. A date display and LumiBrite hands and markers improve visibility in low-light conditions. The titanium case and bracelet feature a super-hard coating for added durability, while bold black ceramic inner links provide contrast and a refined finish. The bracelet is secured by a tri-fold push-button clasp with Seiko’s Smart Adjuster function, and the watch is water-resistant to 10 bar, or 100 meters.
