Help Us Clean Up Half Moon Bay With Oris & WatchtheBay Meetups

After what seems like forever, we are thrilled to announce that we are gathering with friends once again for our first in-person, outdoor event of 2021! Join us, along with our friends at WatchtheBay Meetups as we co-host an Oris "Change for the Better" Beach Cleanup Day at one of our favorite stretches of local coastline: Poplar Beach in Half Moon Bay.

We'll be meeting Sunday, November 14th at 9:30am at Poplar Beach for a few hours in the sand all for a great cause – please RSVP below so we can help better prepare for the group!

Oris will be supplying branded work gloves for the crew and our new friends at the Pacific Beach Coalition will supply recepticles and instruction on which parts of the beach to focus on for the cleanup. Of course, you're more than welcome to bring your own gloves and work gear if you'd like. All we ask is that you dress warmly and bring sun protection, as we're all crossing our fingers for a beautiful day.

We're proud to align once again with Oris on a project like this. As many of you know, Oris has long been heavily committed to conservation and sustainability projects as part of the brand's ongoing campaign to bring Change for the Better and achieve its ultimate goal of climate neutrality.

So expect to see plenty of #watchfam friends you maybe haven't seen in awhile, and lots of cool Oris watches — including those colorful new Aquis Upcycle references (with dials made from recycled plastic) in the metal.
