The Official Topper First Look 2026 Show Guide

Posted on

Now in its fourth year, Topper's annual First Look event is back, and it's shaping up to be our biggest yet. And now with the Watches & Wonders Geneva show in the rear-view mirror, we can finally lift the lid on all the freshest 2026 watch releases featuring Topper-represented brands that'll be making the trip to Burlingame. This includes longtime favorites along with a few new faces as well, all of which we can't wait to bring to your wrist. First Look is your turn to go hands-on with all these new releases – many of which are making their debut in the United States for the very first time. It's also a special opportunity to learn about each of these novelties directly from from the brands’ representatives and key leadership figures who'll also be joining us in Burlingame.

WHEN: Friday, May 15th & Saturday May 16th, from 11:00am to 5:00pm PST
WHERE: Topper Jewelers, 1294 Burlingame Ave.

And if you're joining us on Saturday the 16th, don't forget we'll be ending the afternoon with an epic closing party from 5:30pm - 8:00pm. You can RSVP for the closing party here, and we'll see you there!

OMEGA

Historically speaking, Omega hasn't presented on the springtime tradeshow circuit in almost a full decade, but that hasn't stopped the Bienne maker from creating its own buzz and getting ahead of the widespread show hysteria with an early Spring marquee launch. This year, that buzz came in the form of an incredible update to the venerable Constellation, with the new Observatory collection. These new Observatory watches introduce a completely new accuracy standard (note the absence of a running seconds hand), multi-layered hand-guillochet dials, and a visually arresting case architecture that hugs the wrist in the way that many of the beloved mid-century Constellations would have. It's a dazzling new pure dress watch platform for Omega, and one that practically begs to be experienced in the metal in order to be fully appreciated – and this is why we are thrilled to have these watches at First Look.

ZENITH

Stone dials and dress watches seem to be having quite a moment in watchmaking, and in following up its 160th anniversary event from 2025, Zenith is expanding the G.F.J collection with a new yellow gold and bloodstone reference that's every bit as wild as it sounds. Dress watches not quite your speed? Zenith also unveiled a new skeletonized Chronomaster Sport with an incredible new gradient openworked dial, as well as a delightful and charming new 'Tropical' re-imagination of the beloved Chronomaster A385 – both watches which will be joining the new G.F.J. references this year at First Look.

GRAND SEIKO

One of the single most-requested watches by collectors from any brand we carry in the last five years has been "smaller dive watch options" from Grand Seiko, and 2026 was the year that the collecting community has finally gotten its wish, with the introduction of a new pair of Evolution 9 Spring Drive divers, each cast in ultralight 39mm titanium cases. And in many ways, not only are these watches worth the wait, they're still somehow better than we could have ever expected, as they've been rendered with stunning blue or green dials, incredible compact proportions, and a brand new fully adjustable clasp engineered with the mastery and ease of use that only Grand Seiko could imagine.

PARMIGIANI FLEURIER

We're not sure how they do it, but Parmigiani Fleurier seems to make its mark at Watches & Wonders every year with a subtle, but staggeringly complex creation – and this year was no different, with new Tonda PF Chronographe Mystérieux, a near-certain contender for top prizes at the GPHG awards show later this year. Like its hidden GMT predecessors, this Tonda PF 'hides' a full flyback chronograph under the hour and minute hand stack. Deploy, start, stop, reset, and hide the chronograph – all at the push of the single button at 8:00. It is elegant, highly useful, and like every other release in the Tonda PF collection, absolutely beautiful on the wrist.

BREITLING

It's a toss-up between the Artemis II and the Aston Martin edition when it comes to determining a winner for the coolest Navitimer of the decade – and it goes without saying that both of these 2026 releases will be at First Look. But Breitling has one more ace up its sleeve that's rumored to be hitting the streets a few short days after First Look wraps, and we have a hunch that if you ask very nicely, they just might show it to you. But you didn't hear that from us.

BREMONT

In the two years since the big Bremont rebrand, the British watchmaker has been flying high on a new trajectory – and this year, the brand has set its eyes on the stars, with the newly re-engineered Supernova. This integrated bracelet sports watch re-imagines the platform with a more 2001 Space Odyssey aesthetic, and Bremont does it one further: this very watch will be traveling all the way to the moon as part of an experimental payload collaboration with Astrolabs, a California-based engineering firm who builds and deploys highly specialized rovers designed to explore the moon and Mars.

ARMIN STROM

Admittedly, we saw quite a lot of neat stuff at Watches & Wonders, but there was perhaps nothing more singularly impressive than Armin Strom's new Resonance Minute Repeater, nicknamed "12:59 Anytime." In essence, one may activate the minute repeater to chime the current time, or flip a switch and engage the full chime from 12:59 – the longest possible audio sequence in a striking mechanism. It is part mad science, part charm, and pure artful watchmaking, and a joy to behold as the Westminster chime sings its familiar song. And while minute repeaters might be difficult to describe in practice, luckily you'll be able to hear it for yourself, as this stunning work of art will be making the long journey from Geneva to Burlingame, just in time for First Look.

CZAPEK

Czapek pulled no punches at Watches & Wonders this year, with not one, not two, but three epic new titanium Antarctique sports watches – each exhibiting completely different complications, but variations on a central tonal theme: Cosmic Blue. The trio is comprised of the base three-hand Sector model, the dramatically skeletonized Révélation edition, and the flagship model: the Antarctique Tourbillon. And while all three left quite the impression from our meeting, it's the Révélation model that feels as though it's united all the very best aspects of this beloved Swiss indie: an avante-gardé presentation, exemplary finishing, and the capability of the Antarctique's adventure-tested readiness.

ORIS

A Swiss-made moonphase with GMT for under $3k in 2026? Believe it – and Oris is delivering the goods with the newly designed Artelier Complication. It's a classic execution rendered in a fully modern, contemporary skin that's neither stuffy nor overwrought. It's just the level of balance that's so tricky to nail when it comes to dress watches, and Oris hits every note bang-on with this new capsule. And in a first for our 2026 Watches & Wonders novelties, these new Artelier watches will be delivering just in time for First Look, meaning you'll be able to take one home after you see just how hard they'll be to pry off your wrist.

SINGER REIMAGINED

Sure, you could rotate a GMT bezel using two fingers, but what if you could do it just with the push of a button instead? That's the clever, tactile inspiration behind Singer Reimagined's newest novelty, the DualTrack GMT, which marries Singer's signature titanium case architecture with some very clever dual-timing utility, in two colors. And flip the watch over, and you'll be treated with some of the most incredible movement finishing you'll ever see – truly a feast for the eyes, and the wrist. Luckily, you'll be able to do exactly this, when you ask for Singer at First Look.

NOMOS GLASHUTTE

In the year since its debut, the Nomos Glashütte Worldtimer has remained in very high demand, due in part to the highly limited nature of most of the options in the collection. Thankfully, the maker has introduced a new dial reference to the Worldtimer – a bright white lacquer with cheerful red and blue accents, which won't be limited, meaning that more collectors on the hunt for the perfect traveler's watch will delight in this choice being more readily available – just in time for that next globetrotting adventure this summer.

DOXA

Like Omega and a few other suitors this year, DOXA capitalized on the quiet moments before Watches & Wonders to launch their newest novelties – including the cool new SUB 200 Mark II, which shakes up the case size on its predecessor and adds a fetching new sunburst 'Vintage' dial shown here, but the real story is what the brand hasn't publicly shown yet – you'll just have to come to First Look to discover exactly what we're not allowed to show you here. And with that, we've already said too much.

FEARS

The Fears Brunswick has never flown higher than it has in 2026 – and this year, quite literally, it's set to really soar with the new Brunswick Filton – Fears' very first ever pilot's watch, inspired by the military and aviation history in the Bristol maker's own hometown. Both colors of these handsome new flieger watches will be joining us for First Look, along with Fears' own Managing Director Nicholas Bowman-Scargill who'll also be showing off the stunning new China Blue Jump Hour (rumored to be the final regular production Jump Hour Fears will make), a trio of new pastel-colored Redcliff watches, and maybe he'll also show you that one secret thing we saw in Geneva – but like everything else, you'll just have to ask nicely.

So there you have it – we've seen many of these novelties in Geneva, and now it's your turn as Topper's fourth annual First Look event is set to kick off, this year on Friday, May 15th at 11am, and runs through Saturday, May 16th at 6pm. And just as before, we'll once again be hosting that special closing party on Saturday starting at 5:30, so if you'd like to get yourself on the list (our capacity for this portion of the event is limited), please RSVP here!
